Janet discovered her passion for clinical research by chance when she decided she "needed a change" and accepted an offer to transfer from her position as clinic nurse for The Headache Center to the role of Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with Headache Neurology Research Institute (HeNRI). Janet's substantial experience as both a registered nurse and administrator provided her with a foundation for successful acclimation to clinical research that ultimately resulted in her assuming the role of site manager and lead CRC. When Janet became aware of the impending closure of Headache Neurology Research Institute in December, 2022 she made the decision to open an independent research site and continue the research that was being performed by Christina Treppendahl, FNP at HeNRI. In January, 2023, Proven Endpoints, LLC was founded and began conducting the clinical trials previously being carried out by HeNRI. Janet attended California State University, Delta State University, and Mississippi Delta Community College School of Nursing. Her past experience includes acute care nursing, quality assurance, risk management, and nursing administration. She is a member of the American Headache Society, the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, and the Society for Clinical Research Sites.

.We are very honored to have Dr. Kristi Trimm presiding over our clinical trials as Principal Investigator.  Dr. Trimm is a board-certified family medicine physician whose practice areas include primary and urgent care. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Tulsa in 2004 and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from The Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2009. Dr. Trimm completed her family medicine residency at the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2012.

Caitlin is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing. Caitlin received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she graduated summa cum laude. 

Kate received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University. Since college Kate has had a passion for clinical research. Kate has 10+ years of experience in healthcare and almost 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator. 

Daralyn is a proud Louisiana native, and has always had a love for science and a passion for serving people. She received a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a concentration in Medical Physics from Dillard University,  as well as a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Mississippi Medical Center.  Daralyn started her career in research over 11  years ago. Some of her experience in the research industry includes an internship at Fermi National Laboratory collaborating with Neural Networks on training an algorithm to differentiate between healthy and abnormal lung images to assist healthcare professionals in accurate diagnosis and early prevention options. Daralyn was employed at AirForce Laser Laboratory where she focused on laser optics and its contribution to the painless treatment of some eye conditions. She also worked in a study using adipose derived stem cells to measure their contribution to positive wound care outcomes. 

Rosalind is a native of Jackson Mississippi. She attended Hinds Community College and earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Belhaven College. She is proud of her multifaceted skillset, from owning her own business, real estate broker, executive director of a state agency to working in the healthcare industry. Rosalind is most proud of being the mother of two beautiful children, Jade and Justin, and grandson, Jackson. In her leisure time she enjoys outdoor walks, reading and travel.

Amy has 17+ years experience working in the healthcare industry. When Amy is not at our site she is busy working towards her nursing degree.  Amy has personally seen the positive impact clinical research has made in migraine treatment options for one of her family members during their experience as clinical trial subject.
